I have been having some soreness in my right calf and decided to give this product a try! It helps reduce muscle vibration, which may cause soreness and fatigue, and I absolutely love the product.
Moving on, the first healthy snack that I enjoy is…
Greek Yogurt and Granola
I love this snack and i’m able to change the granola and greek yogurt flavor weekly so I never get tired of it! Greek Yogurt is great, as the kind I used was only 100 calories per yogurt cup and packed with protein (15 grams per 1 cup). The Granola I used was 110 calories and contains 5 grams of protein per 1/3 cup. So overall, this is an easy snack to make and is something I look forward to each day. This snack in total comes out to be around 210 calories.
Protein Shake and Banana
The second healthy snack I enjoy is a protein shake and banana. Overall, the protein shake I drank was 160 calories and contained 4.5 grams of fat, 8 grams of carbs, and 25 grams of protein. I love protein shakes because I am able to get a lot of protein in fast and easy, as well as enjoy a chocolatey drink. The banana is about 105 calories in total and is one of my favorite fruits to consume. This snack is great if I ever have to be somewhere quick or am on the go, and is only about 270 calories in total.
Apple and Peanut Butter
My last favorite fast and easy healthy snack that I enjoy is simply half of an apple (sliced) and a tablespoon of peanut butter. This snack is great for me because the apple is able to curb my appetite for sweets and the peanut butter is able to also curb my appetite for sweets as well as provide myself with healthy fats and protein.
Half of an apple is going to be around 50 calories (can increase or decrease depending on the size) and the peanut butter is going to be around 100 calories per tablespoon. Overall, this snack is going to be around 150 calories and is my go to when i’m craving something sweet.
Of course, with any of these you can always increase or decrease your portions depending on how hungry you are or switch to different foods depending on what fits you best.
Also, before trying any of these make sure you are healthy enough to do so or do not have any allergies to any of these foods!
That’s going to wrap up this weeks blog and hopefully you all were able to take something from it! Comment below if you have any questions or if you would like to share your own healthy snack!
See you all soon!
