Hey Mueller Sports Medicine Family!
My name is Chase Hellenbrand and am a Web Content Specialist at Mueller Sports. Today marks the start of a new chapter here at Mueller Sports Medicine, yes, a whole new vlog and blog series dedicated to bringing you guys tips revolving around nutrition, fitness, and daily life now that we are stuck at home for the foreseeable future.
Joining me in this series will be my co-worker Megan, who also has posted a vlog (make sure you go check it out by the way), and we both have years of experience working out and keeping track of our nutrition under our belts. Overall, we want to bring some of that information we have learned over the years to you. Also, with everyone working from home nowadays (including us), we have built up some ideas and tips that we think can help you guys out when it comes to working from home and also working out at home.
So, to share a little background information on myself, I recently just graduated from UW-Whitewater in December of 2019 with a Marketing degree and have been at Mueller for a couple months now and absolutely love it. Growing up, I played multiple sports including football, baseball, and hockey and also some pickup basketball games (of which I was not good at). In my spare time when I’m not working, I love to hangout with family and friends, watch Netflix (The Office of course), and workout.
Working out for me with the gyms being closed has definitely tested my knowledge of what I can do to keep my body in shape. For today’s video, I discussed what I did for my workout, here is some more detail on that…
At-Home Arm Workout
– A. Standing Bicep Curls 4×12
– B. Diamond Push-ups 4×12
– C. Standing Drag Bicep Curls 3×10
– D. Tricep Push-ups 3×10
– E. Standing eccentric (slow going down) Bicep Curls 3×10
– F. Tricep Dips 3×20
I performed these workouts as supersets, but they can be performed however you like!
Overall, Megan and I are really looking forward to this series and we hope you all are as well! Lastly, we want to know what you guys think! Drop a comment in the comment section below and ask any questions you want answered around fitness, nutrition, and working from home. Also, feel free to visit our social media pages and direct message us with any comments as well.
