Stretching: Believe it or not, ankle pain can easily be cured by the right kinds of stretches. Though your ankle pain may require a special stretch, general practices are to rotate the ankle regularly to stretch out the muscles. Another great method is to try to trace the alphabet with your toes. If there is pain during this, keep doing it until the pain dulls. If the pain does not go away, try splinting it for several days, then removing the splint and trying again.
Herbal Mixture: The herbal craze is all the rage these days, and for good reason. Herbal remedies are very effective for ankle injuries. Try mixing about three to four tablespoons of garlic oil and coconut oil together and then heating them in the microwave for about ten seconds. Massage them into your ankle skin for about five to ten minutes. Then, wipe the mixture off. Do this two to three times per day for extremely effective results.
